September Catch-Up

It’s been a little over six months since I was last live, I want to take a moment to talk about that pause. Life has a way of guiding us into seasons-some full of energy and creativity, and some quieter, where we’re called to slow down, reflect, and refill our cups. I found myself in one of those quiet seasons. I needed time to step back, to tend to life outside of this space, and to give myself permission to rest. The Lord has definitely been with me as I made my way through this season.

As many of you know I have had several health concerns over the last several years and sometimes it can take a toll on not only physically but also emotionally. So this pause provided that time away that was very much needed. One thing that became crystal clear: I missed you.  I missed this community. I missed the joy of sharing projects, swapping stories, and walking this creative journey with such kind, supportive friends.

October Roads Studio has always been more than crafts and decor – it’s about connection, about slowing down to create with our hands, and about finding beauty in everyday moments. Even though I wasn’t posting, the dream never left me. In fact, stepping back gave me new ideas and clarity for the direction I want us to head together.

So, what’s next? You can expect more cozy DIYs, seasonal projects, and creative inspiration- the kind that adds warmth to your home and joy to your heart. I;m also dreaming up new ways for us to connect whether that’s through fun printables, tutorials, or even special subscription boxes. There are so many ideas bubbling up that I can’t wait to share with you!

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for still being here. Your patience and support mean more than words can express. Coming back to this community feels like coming home, and I’m so excited to walk this road with you again.

Now I’d love to hear from you: what have you been up to these last few months? And what kind of projects or inspiration would you love to see here next? Drop a hello in the comments- let’s reconnect and start this new chapter together!

With love and gratitude,

Toni
